All Shoppers Must Complete Screening Prior To Entry
Starting Monday February 22nd, 2021 active shopper screening will occur at our mall doors for all shoppers
To ensure screening is done effectively we will be reducing access into the mall. The entrance closest to Marshall’s and the entrance closest to the former Lowe’s will be the only doors open to the public until the requirement to actively screen is lifted by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit. A QR code to support public self-screening is added to our website and placed on signs at the entry doors to support our shopper’s preparation for self-screening. Where customers are not able to use cell phones, we will complete a verbal screening questionnaire to confirm they are able to enter the building. Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this time.
